Richard Grauaug is the principal and practice director of Richard Simon Legal.
Richard graduated in Jurisprudence and Law at the University of Western Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the Securities Institute of Australia and has postgraduate qualifications in Applied Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA).
He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and various other professional bodies.
