Legal Fees & Our Costs

We are conscious that legal fees are a significant expense for both business and private clients. We aim to keep our fees as reasonable as we are able. We will discuss the scope of work carefully with our client and depending on the legal services needed we will: • agree on the scope of work in as much detail as possible; • quote a fixed fee or if not possible an estimate for the work, so as to provide an estimate of the fees and other costs to complete the matter; • we are able to notify our clients if and when a fee estimate being reached; and • provide a simple and clear engagement agreement.
