Richard Grauaug is the principal and practice director of Richard Simon Legal and has over 30 years experience both in major firms and in small specialist law firms. He also has vast commercial and legal experience and has acted for many years as general counsel for large multinationals and corporates in the energy, natural resources, services, construction, technology and manufacturing sectors in Australia and overseas. He can leverage off this world of experience in legal services and commerce and so that the firm can bring additional value to bear to its clients' benefit. He has also appeared as counsel or instructing solicitor in many courts and tribunals in Western Australia in both criminal, civil and commercial matters so can assist to resolve disputes in court or mediations as well as prosecute or defend your rights.
